Indian Council for Cultural Relations has instituted ‘Annapurna Certificate to be awarded every year with the twin objectives of providing easy access and dependable services to everyone in search of authentic Indian cuisine abroad and recognizing restaurants abroad who have made an outstanding contribution to the promotion of Indian cuisine.

Nominations for the Annapurna Certificate 2022 are now open. Indian restaurants promoting Indian cuisine in Switzerland, who wish to participate are invited to submit their applications to the Embassy of India in Berne.

The final selection for the Certificate shall be made by a Jury appointed by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. ‘Annapurna Certificate’ shall be given on an annual basis and the validity of the Certificate shall be for life time unless reviewed by the Jury.
