International Day of Yoga 2023 celebrations at St. Moritz, Switzerland on 28 June 2023

At the serene Lake Staz in St. Moritz, Embassy of India, Berne organized a Yoga session in association with the City Council of St. Moritz and Brahma Kumaris, Switzerland, as a part of the 9th IDY celebrations in Switzerland on 28 June 2023, led by Ambassador Mridul Kumar. He spoke about the benefits of Yoga on health and well-being at the event. Mr. Christoph Schlatter, Member of the Municipal Executive Committee and Head of the Department of Tourism, St. Moritz was the Chief Guest at the event. Embassy’s Teacher of Indian Culture demonstrated the Ministry of AYUSH's Common Yoga Protocol following which, representative from Brahma Kumaris, Switzerland conducted a meditation session.
