India Independence Day celebrations

Indian Association of Berne (IAB) and Bharatiya Association, Berne jointly held Independence Day celebration on August 16, 2015 in Berne. A Kathak dance performance “Krishna” with live music by Swiss artists was the highlight of the evening. This was followed by a cultural programme by children. The event was very well attended with Ambassador Smita Purushottam, as the Guest of Honour.
