Dr. Thomas Heiniger, President of Canton of Zürich (Governor of State of Zürich) and H.E.Mme Carmen Walker Späh , Vice President of Canton Zürich and head of the department of Economic Affairs Zürich at the Governor’s Palace in Zürich.
