International Day of Yoga 2024 celebrations at Berne on 21 June 2024

Ambassador Mridul Kumar led the 10th International Day of Yoga celebrations organized by the Mission at Kirchgemeinde Petrus in Berne under the theme Yoga for Self and Society. The event featured yoga session by Mission’s TIC, Shri Malay Sinha followed by an enriching session on Mind, Body, Intellect & Beyond by renowned yoga practitioner Shri Jagdish Bramta of Jiva Balance. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of about 100 yoga enthusiasts comprising officials from the Swiss Foreign Ministry, diplomatic community, media, members of diaspora and Friends of India.
